Convenient, private Personal Training studio in West Bridgford, outdoor, sociable bootcamps and small group training - all planned and led by me.

All you have to do is turn up and GET STARTED and get ready to become the best version of yourself!

1:1 Personal Training

£35/hr for 1 person 

£40/hr for 2 people

Bootcamps/Group Fitness

My group classes are a great way to get fit, find social connection and forget about the day’s stresses.

They are fun, full body workouts including cardio and resistance training programmed in a variety of ways to keep things interesting!

I cater for all abilities and regress or progress all exercises as appropriate.


£7.50/session. Pay as you go, no ongoing commitment required. 

3 Bootcamps a week at Alford Road Park, West Bridgford (bad weather indoor option at Meadow Covert Scout Hut).

  • Monday 9:15am

  • Wednesday 9:00am

  • Saturday 7:30am

Want to catch up with friends and work out at the same time in my Personal Training studio? Think Bootcamp but on a smaller, more intimate scale.

Workouts pre-programmed for you, just turn up and get fitter and stronger together and have fun along the way!


£7.50/per person, per session. (Minimum 4 people required)

About Me

I am PASSIONATE about the benefits of exercise and the freedom it provides from pressures in life. I can help you feel that way too! 

I’m Jude Cummings, a 43-year-old busy mum and ex lawyer and I know how difficult it is to manage domesticity, work AND your health and fitness goals.

My first love is running but over the years I have learnt the hard way that strength training is so important for injury prevention and enhanced performance, not to mention body composition! 

As a result, I now prioritise strength training and mobility just as much as running and I really enjoy showing people how to safely lift weights to benefit their overall health.

I work mostly (but not exclusively) with midlifers and beyond and bring bundles of energy and enthusiasm to Personal Training and my Bootcamps.  

Working with me you can expect a variety of different exercises programmed in a creative and fun way that help you feel STRONG, FLEXIBLE and able to tackle what life has to throw you. 

My ethos is all about longevity and creating a sustainable approach to fitness so that you can feel GOOD, STRONG and be INJURY FREE for as long as possible so that you can ENJOY your life!

  • Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer

MY APPROACH to your training is to make it fun and interesting and not to be prescriptive.

No one size fits all. I tap into your motivators, am empathetic and give you the benefit of my expertise so that we can cultivate a fun programme of exercise and a great working relationship. I want to help teach you new things on the way to reaching your goals. 

For me, one of the best things about being a Personal Trainer is showing people what they are really capable of. Most of the time, clients can do WAY more than they think! Helping them realise their potential is what makes my job so rewarding.
